Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
Step 3: Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle each with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Top with crumbled bacon.
Step 4: Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5: Brush the tops of the rollups with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped fresh chives before serving.
Storage Information
Store leftover rollups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to regain their crispiness. Freezing is not recommended as the tortillas may become soggy when thawed.
