Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place small mounds of shredded parmesan cheese on the sheet.
Step 3: Flatten each mound slightly and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Step 4: Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden and crispy. Allow the cheese crisps to cool completely.
Step 5: Slice the tomatoes and red onions, and cut the cucumber into spears.
Step 6: Arrange the cheddar cheese slices, cured meats, vegetables, olives, pickles, peppers, and artichoke hearts on a serving plate.
Step 7: Add the cooled parmesan crisps to the platter.
Step 8: Sprinkle feta cheese over the tomatoes and cucumbers for extra flavor.
Step 9: Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread if desired.

Store leftover meats, cheeses, and vegetables in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep the parmesan crisps in a sealed container at room temperature to maintain crispness.
