Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic, egg, and ricotta cheese. Mix until evenly blended.
Step 3: Lay lasagna noodles flat and spread the meat mixture evenly across each noodle. Roll up tightly from one end to the other.
Step 4: Place each roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining marinara and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. These roll-ups can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight and bake until heated through.
