Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, and cheese over the bottom rolls. Top with banana peppers and roasted red peppers.
Step 3: Place the top halves of the rolls over the layers.
Step 4: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the butter mixture.
Step 5: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
Step 6: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) until warmed through. Freezing is possible, but best if wrapped tightly and reheated in the oven to maintain texture.
