Jelly & Custard Dessert Cups

Instructions:
step 1 In a mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in boiling water.
step 2 Stir in cold water and mix well.
step 3 Pour the gelatin mixture into serving glasses, filling each about halfway.
step 4 Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
step 5 Once the jelly is set, spoon vanilla custard gently on top of the jelly layer.
step 6 Smooth the top of the custard with the back of a spoon.
step 7 Garnish each cup with a few raspberries and a slice of canned peach.
step 8 Chill until ready to serve.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze. Serve chilled directly from the fridge for the best texture and flavor.
