Instructions
step 1 Prepare the jelly according to package instructions and let it set completely in the fridge.
step 2 Once the jelly is firm, use a spoon to gently scoop and portion it into serving bowls.
step 3 Add a generous spoonful of vanilla custard next to the jelly in each bowl.
step 4 Arrange a few peach slices beside the custard.
step 5 Finish each bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
step 6 Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to enjoy.
Storage and Reheating Tips
This dessert is best served fresh, but you can store assembled bowls (without the ice cream) in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add the ice cream just before serving to prevent melting. Do not freeze once assembled.
