Step 1: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined. /n
Step 2: Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into burger patties. /n
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. /n
Step 4: Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown on the outside. /n
Step 5: Lightly toast the burger buns if desired. /n
Step 6: Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, and extra ranch dressing. /n
Step 7: Serve immediately while warm and juicy.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave in short intervals. You can also freeze uncooked patties for up to 2 months; thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
