Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning to brown on all sides until fully cooked.

Step 3: For the tzatziki, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4: Assemble the bowls with a base of rice. Top with meatballs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and a generous dollop of tzatziki.

Step 5: Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

Storage Information
