Instructions:
step 1 Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
step 2 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub potatoes clean, rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap in foil and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tender.
step 3 Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
step 4 While steaks cook, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
step 5 Slice open the baked potatoes and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with cheese, sour cream, bacon, and chives.
step 6 Plate the steak with the loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus. Serve hot.

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven wrapped in foil. Baked potatoes can be reheated in the oven or microwave. Asparagus is best reheated quickly in a pan or microwave.
