Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking tray with foil. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously all over the drumsticks, coating them evenly.
Step 3: Place the seasoned drumsticks on the prepared tray and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 4: While the chicken roasts, prepare the fries according to package directions. Bake or fry until golden and crispy, then season with salt to taste.
Step 5: Prepare your fresh salad by tossing together lettuce, sliced cucumber, diced tomato, and purple onion in a bowl.
Step 6: Pour ketchup and creamy sauce into small dipping bowls. Arrange the roasted drumsticks, fries, salad, and sauce bowls on a serving platter or compartmentalized box.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover drumsticks and fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the salad dressing separate to prevent it from becoming soggy.
To reheat, place drumsticks on a baking sheet at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until warmed through. Reheat fries in a 400°F oven for about 8 minutes to restore their crispness.
The fresh salad is best enjoyed fresh, but you can prepare and store the vegetables separately to assemble just before serving.
