Instructions

step 1 Start by preparing all your fillings — grill or fry the sausage, burger patty, and steak, cook the fries, fry the egg, and slice the fresh vegetables.
step 2 Hollow out the inside of the quarter loaf to create a pocket for the fillings.
step 3 Line the bottom with tomato slices and optional lettuce.
step 4 Add a layer of French fries.
step 5 Stack in the sausage, burger patty, cheese, steak, and fried egg.
step 6 Spoon over achar or pickles.
step 7 Drizzle ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and any other sauces generously.
step 8 Press everything down slightly to keep it together and serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Kota is best enjoyed fresh. If you need to store it, wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Reheat in a toaster oven or conventional oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. Avoid microwaving as it may make the bread soggy.
