Instructions
step 1 Cut a quarter of a loaf of bread and hollow out the soft inside, creating a bread bowl.
step 2 Heat oil in a skillet and grill your beef patty or chicken until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
step 3 Grill or fry the hot dog slices and cook the bacon until crispy.
step 4 Prepare fries by deep frying or baking them until golden and crispy.
step 5 Assemble your Kota: layer the fries at the bottom of the bread, then add lettuce, grilled meats, hot dog slices, and bacon.
step 6 Add the cheese slices and drizzle generously with barbecue sauce, spicy mayo, and tomato sauce.
step 7 Top with the removed bread piece like a sandwich lid or leave open-faced. Secure with a skewer if needed and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Kota is best enjoyed fresh, but if needed, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Reheat the meats and fries separately for best results, then reassemble before serving. Toast the bread lightly if it becomes too soft.
