Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Step 4: Pour the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, making sure each piece is well coated.
Step 5: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Step 6: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Storage Information
Store any leftover baked shrimp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, warm gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, being careful not to overcook.
