Step 6: Let the salad sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Step 7: Garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store the lentil salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving, as the dressing may settle at the bottom. This salad is best enjoyed cold or at room temperature and does not require reheating.
