Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Step 2: Add garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the beef mixture among them. Top each with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, pickles, and diced tomatoes.
Step 4: Fold the sides in and roll up each tortilla tightly into a burrito.
Step 5: (Optional) Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast each burrito seam-side down for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
Step 6: Drizzle with burger sauce or ranch if desired. Serve warm.
Storage Information
Wrap any leftover burritos in foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet, oven, or microwave until warmed through. These also freeze well—wrap tightly and store in freezer bags for up to 2 months. Reheat from frozen or thaw overnight in the fridge.
