Instructions:
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Drain excess grease, then stir in Alfredo sauce, milk, and ketchup (if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat evenly with the sauce. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Cover with a lid and let sit for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove with a splash of milk to keep the sauce creamy.
