Instructions
Step 1 Preheat the oven or air fryer according to the instructions for cooking the frozen fries.

Step 2 Cook the crinkle-cut fries until golden and crispy, then set aside and keep warm.

Step 3 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 4 Add sliced bell peppers and onions and sauté for about 4–5 minutes until softened.

Step 5 Season the peppers and onions with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper and cook for another minute.

Step 6 In a separate skillet or grill pan cook the hotdogs until heated through and lightly browned.

Step 7 Lightly toast the hotdog buns with a little butter in a skillet or oven until warm.

Step 8 Place one hotdog into each toasted bun.
/n
Step 9 Top each hotdog with the sautéed peppers and onions.

Step 10 Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the hotdogs.

Step 11 Place the assembled hotdogs under a broiler or in the oven for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Step 12 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crispy fries on the side.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover hotdog filling separately from the buns in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the hotdogs and pepper mixture in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. Toast fresh buns before serving. Fries can be reheated in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.
