Loaded Cheesy Quesadillas with Fries

Instructions
step 1 Cook fries according to package directions or air fry until golden and crispy. Season with salt and keep warm.
step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers; sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
step 3 Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
step 4 Warm a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
step 5 Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with shredded cheese, spoon on meat mixture, and top with more cheese. Fold tortilla over.
step 6 Cook each quesadilla 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
step 7 Slice quesadillas into wedges and serve over the bed of hot fries.
step 8 Drizzle nacho cheese sauce generously over the fries and quesadillas for maximum indulgence.

Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover quesadillas and fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat quesadillas in a skillet or oven to keep them crisp. Fries can be reheated in an air fryer or oven. Reheat nacho cheese sauce in the microwave or on the stovetop, stirring until smooth.
