Instructions

Step 1: Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until tender, then drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in the milk.

Step 3: Add the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce and keep warm.

Step 5: Season the steak cubes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley.

Step 6: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 7: Sear the steak bites for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 8: Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

Step 9: In the same skillet, cook the sausages until browned.

Step 10: Brush the sausages with barbecue sauce mixed with honey and cook for another 2 minutes until glazed.

Step 11: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.

Step 12: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.

Step 13: Remove the fries from the oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

Step 14: Spread mayonnaise on the bread slices and layer with ham and cheddar cheese.

Step 15: Assemble the sandwiches and lightly butter the outside if desired.

Step 16: Slice the sandwiches into halves or quarters.

Step 17: Arrange the fries, glazed sausages, macaroni and cheese, steak bites, and sandwiches on a large serving tray.

Step 18: Garnish with extra parsley before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat the steak bites and sausages in a skillet or oven until warmed through.
