Loaded French Bread Pizza

Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
step 2 Slice French bread in half horizontally and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
step 3 Brush each half lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a bit of black pepper.
step 4 Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over each bread half.
step 5 Sprinkle mozzarella (and cheddar, if using) evenly over the sauce.
step 6 Layer with salami, pepperoni, ham, and sausage crumbles or bacon bits.
step 7 Top with Parmesan cheese and optional red pepper flakes.
step 8 Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden and crisp.
step 9 Let cool slightly, slice into portions, and garnish with parsley if desired.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F for 8–10 minutes or in a toaster oven until warm and crispy. Avoid microwaving to maintain the crust’s texture.
