Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub the potatoes with olive oil and salt. Bake for 50–60 minutes until tender.
Step 2: Prepare the meatloaf by combining ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
Step 3: Brush the meatloaf with barbecue sauce and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45–55 minutes, or until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
Step 4: Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Step 5: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine with macaroni and keep warm.
Step 6: Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
Step 7: Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and shrimp, season with paprika and salt, and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Step 8: Steam the broccoli until tender-crisp.
Step 9: For the stuffed cheese balls, wrap mashed potatoes around mozzarella cubes, dip in beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown.
Step 10: Prepare the cheese sauce by heating heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan. Stir in cheddar cheese until smooth.
Step 11: Slice open the baked potatoes and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with broccoli, shredded cheeses, and a generous drizzle of cheese sauce.
Step 12: Arrange the steak strips and garlic butter shrimp over the loaded potato.
Step 13: Slice the meatloaf and place it on the serving platter alongside the macaroni and cheese and stuffed cheese balls.
Step 14: Serve immediately with extra cheese sauce for dipping.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat steak, shrimp, meatloaf, and potato in a 350°F (175°C) oven until warmed through.
Macaroni and cheese may be reheated on the stovetop with a splash of milk to restore its creamy texture.
Stuffed cheese balls are best reheated in an air fryer or oven to maintain crispness.
Do not leave seafood at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
