Instructions:
Step 1: Cook lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat and let warm through for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5: Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently in the lemon butter sauce until evenly coated.
Step 6: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon slices if desired.
Storage Information:
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of water or broth. Not suitable for freezing.
