Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven’s broiler and position the rack in the top third of the oven.
Step 2: Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center to the tail, then lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell.
Step 3: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, zest, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with the butter mixture.
Step 5: Broil the lobster tails for 8–10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden on top, basting once more with the butter sauce halfway through.
Step 6: Remove from oven, spoon extra butter sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
Storage Information
Lobster is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet with a little extra butter to maintain moisture. Not recommended for freezing as texture may be compromised.
