Instructions:
Step 1: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and grill or pan-sear over medium heat until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together all topping ingredients: Parmesan, provolone, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder.
Step 3: Once chicken is cooked, place on a baking sheet and top each breast with the cheese mixture. Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Step 4: For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
Step 5: Whisk in cream and milk until smooth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Serve chicken drizzled with the Parmesan sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
