Lunchbox Chicken Pizza Slices with Chips and Apple

Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
step 2 Place pizza base on a lined baking tray.
step 3 Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
step 4 Layer chopped chicken, onions, mushrooms, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
step 5 Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
step 6 Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and the base is golden.
step 7 Allow to cool slightly, then slice into lunchbox-friendly pieces.
step 8 Pack slices into a compartment along with the apple and chips.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Pizza slices can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Enjoy cold or reheat in a microwave or toaster oven until warmed through. Keep chips and apple in separate dry compartments to maintain freshness.
