Step 1: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 2: Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and fully combined.
Step 3: Slowly add the lemon juice while folding, and continue mixing gently until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 4: Spoon or pipe the lemon cream into small dessert cups or jars.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cream to set and flavors to develop.
Step 6: Garnish with lemon zest or a slice of lemon before serving, if desired.
Storage Information
Store lemon cream cups in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days. These are best served chilled. Avoid freezing, as the texture may change upon thawing.
