Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Step 2: Lay out the tortillas. On each, layer about 1/2 cup mac and cheese, ground beef, crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to create burrito-style rolls.
Step 4: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place rolls seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Step 5: Slice in half and serve warm, optionally with ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce for dipping.
Storage Information
Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven to maintain crispiness. Freezing is possible; wrap individually and thaw before reheating.
