Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2 Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Step 3 In a large skillet, cook ground beef, sausage, and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Step 4 Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Step 5 In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Step 6 Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Step 7 Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.

Step 8 Finish with a final layer of noodles, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 9 Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Step 10 Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through or microwave individual portions. Lasagna also freezes well for up to 3 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
