Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with 1/4 tsp of the dried oregano and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
Step 3: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce down the center third of the dough.
Step 4: Layer the cooked beef over the sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 tsp oregano.
Step 5: Cut slits on the sides of the dough about 1 inch apart, then fold the strips over the filling in a crisscross pattern to seal.
Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F until warm. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw and reheat before serving.
