Instructions
Step 1: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season chicken with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Toss in baby spinach and cook until just wilted. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
Step 5: Slice or leave the chicken whole and return it to the skillet. Sprinkle feta cheese over the dish and squeeze lemon juice on top.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of olive oil or lemon juice if needed to refresh the flavors.
