A discreet reconversion into directing
Meg Ryan hasn’t completely left the world of cinema. In 2015, she stepped behind the camera and directed Ithaca , a feature film adapted from an American novel. She directed her own son, Jack, in one of the lead roles. An intimate and family project, reflecting a new phase in her artistic life.
Since then, she has continued to work on writing and producing more confidential projects, far from the traditional Hollywood circuit .
