Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken.
Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
Step 5: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave until warmed through. This dish can also be frozen before baking; thaw overnight and bake as directed.
