Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
Step 3: Arrange chicken pieces in the prepared dish in a single layer.
Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and top each piece with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm and cheese is melty again. These chicken bombs can also be frozen and reheated as needed for a quick meal.
