Instructions
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3 Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Step 4 In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 5 Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Step 6 Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
Step 7 Scoop small portions of dough and roll into bite-sized balls.
Step 8 Place on the baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 9 Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Step 10 Serve warm with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store cookie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. Reheat briefly in the microwave for a warm, soft texture. The cookie bites can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated before serving.
