Step 6: Stir in the mini chocolate chips and milk.
Step 7: Scoop tiny portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
Step 8: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Step 9: Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Step 10: Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
