Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet. /n
Step 2: In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. /n
Step 3: Cook the beef mixture in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. /n
Step 4: Slice the rolls in half or flatten biscuit dough into small rounds and place on the baking sheet. /n
Step 5: Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each piece. /n
Step 6: Add a portion of the cooked meat mixture on top of the sauce. /n
Step 7: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each piece. /n
Step 8: Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano on top. /n
Step 9: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden. /n
Step 10: Serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through and crispy. Avoid microwaving if possible to maintain texture. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat directly from frozen.
