Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 3: In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 5: Lightly grease the waffle iron with nonstick spray or melted butter.
Step 6: Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
Step 7: Carefully remove the waffles and place them on a serving plate.
Step 8: Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Step 9: Serve warm with maple syrup if desired.

Store leftover waffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a toaster, oven, or air fryer to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving for too long, as the waffles may become soft.
