Mixed Grill Platter with Chips and Dips

Instructions

step 1 In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge fish fillets in the mixture until well-coated.
step 2 Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the fish until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
step 3 Grill or pan-fry the sausages over medium heat until cooked through and nicely browned, turning occasionally.
step 4 In a saucepan, cook the BBQ ribs in barbecue sauce over low heat for 15–20 minutes, or until tender and glazed.
step 5 Deep-fry or bake fries according to package directions. While still hot, toss with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
step 6 For the cucumber salad, combine sliced cucumber and red onion in a bowl. Add sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and chill.
step 7 For the dipping sauce, whisk together tomato sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
step 8 Assemble the platter with fish, sausage, ribs, and fries. Add cucumber salad and dipping sauce on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store each component in separate airtight containers. Reheat fried fish and fries in an oven or air fryer for crispiness. Sausage and ribs can be reheated in a skillet or microwave. Cucumber salad is best served fresh and should be stored chilled for up to 1 day.
