No-Bake Eclair Cake

Instructions:

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes and milk until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.

Step 2: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.

Step 3: Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.

Step 4: In a small saucepan, heat chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth and glossy.

Step 5: Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.

Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the layers to soften and set.

Storage Information:
Store in the refrigerator covered for up to 4 days. Best served chilled straight from the fridge.
