Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Step 2: Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes for softer crepes.
Step 3: Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl quickly to create a thin layer.
Step 5: Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
Step 6: Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 7: Spread Nutella over one half of each crepe.
Step 8: Add sliced bananas and strawberries on top of the Nutella.
Step 9: Fold the crepes in half and then fold again into triangles or roll them up if preferred.
Step 10: Serve warm with powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, or whipped cream if desired.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave before serving. Store fresh fruit separately when possible to maintain freshness and texture.
