Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in the pimento cheese spread and diced red bell pepper until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Arrange the bottom halves of the burger buns in the baking dish. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture evenly over each bun base.
Step 5: Place the top buns over the filling. Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor.
Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the buns are slightly toasted and the filling is hot and gooey.
Step 7: Serve warm and enjoy!
Storage Information
Store leftover pimento cheeseburgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (165°C) until warmed through or microwave briefly before serving.
