Step 3: Divide the beef mixture into portions and shape into small, flat patties sized to fit the bread slices./n
Step 4: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 2–3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked through./n
Step 5: Lightly butter each slice of bread and place them on the baking sheet./n
Step 6: Top each slice with a piece of cheese, then place a beef patty on top./n
Step 7: Add another slice of cheese over the beef for extra meltiness./n
Step 8: Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the beef is fully cooked./n
Step 9: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden, slightly crispy top if desired./n
Step 10: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes to maintain crispness.
Avoid microwaving if possible, as it may make the bread soggy.
