Instructions
Step 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Step 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 4. Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Step 5. Pour small portions of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Step 6. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown.
Step 7. Spread Nutella over one pancake and sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top.
Step 8. Stack another pancake on top and repeat the layers as desired.
Step 9. Finish with extra Nutella drizzle and additional crushed Oreo cookies.
Step 10. Serve warm with maple syrup or chocolate syrup if desired.

Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat pancakes in the microwave or toaster until warm.
Freeze pancakes in a freezer-safe bag with parchment paper between layers for up to 2 months.
