Step 1 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
/n Step 2 Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
/n Step 3 Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
/n Step 4 Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the prepared dish.
/n Step 5 Bake for 25–30 minutes until the skin begins to crisp.
/n Step 6 In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
/n Step 7 Remove the chicken from the oven and brush generously with the BBQ glaze.
/n Step 8 Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes until fully cooked and caramelized.
/n Step 9 Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra char and crispiness if desired.
/n Step 10 Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in an air fryer to maintain crispiness. Avoid microwaving to keep the skin from becoming soggy.
