Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large sheet pan or aluminum tray.
Step 2: Place sliced onions evenly in the tray. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: In a bowl, toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
Step 4: Rub salmon with remaining olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Place in the center of the tray over the onions.
Step 5: Arrange seasoned shrimp around the salmon.
Step 6: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and shrimp are pink and opaque.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F until warmed through, or microwave gently to avoid overcooking the shrimp. Best enjoyed fresh to preserve the seafood’s texture and flavor.
