Instructions:
step 1 Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Add butter during the last minute and spoon over steak. Let rest.
step 3 Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
step 4 Steam or boil corn for 6-8 minutes until tender. Season with salt and butter.
step 5 Sauté green beans in olive oil or butter with minced garlic over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
step 6 Plate the sliced steak, mashed potatoes with optional gravy, green beans, and corn.

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak in a skillet over low heat or microwave briefly. Warm mashed potatoes with a splash of milk. Reheat green beans and corn gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
