Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce. Set aside.
Step 3: In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
Step 4: Assemble the lasagna: spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the dish, then a layer of noodles. Add more meat sauce, drizzle with garlic-Parmesan sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon. Repeat layers, ending with cheese and bacon on top.
Step 5: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Step 6: Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
