Instructions
step 1 Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
step 2 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and fry until golden and cooked through, about 7–8 minutes per side.
step 3 In a saucepan, heat meatballs and cocktail sausages with BBQ sauce over medium heat until warmed and coated, about 10–15 minutes.
step 4 For deviled eggs, halve the boiled eggs and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Fill whites and garnish with paprika and parsley.
step 5 For tuna sandwiches, mix tuna, mayo, chopped egg, salt, and pepper. Spread on bread slices, top with another slice, and cut into quarters.
step 6 In a bowl, mix cooked pasta, bell peppers, cheese, and dressing. Season to taste and chill before serving.
step 7 Plate everything in a box or tray: arrange chicken, BBQ items, deviled eggs, sandwiches, pasta salad, and a scoop of dip with tortilla chips.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store all items separately in airtight containers. Fried chicken is best reheated in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes to keep crispy. Meatballs and sausages can be microwaved or warmed in a saucepan. Dip and cold items should be kept refrigerated and served chilled.
