Storage and Reheating Tips
Store Pico de Gallo in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving. It’s best enjoyed fresh, and it is not suitable for reheating as it is a raw salsa. Drain any excess liquid before serving leftovers to maintain texture.
