Pineapple Brown Sugar Mississippi Lil’ Smokies Bites

Instructions:
step 1: In a slow cooker, combine Lil’ Smokies, drained pineapple chunks, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
step 2: Stir everything together until the sausages and pineapple are well coated.
step 3: Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, or on high for 1.5–2 hours, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
step 4: Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even coating.
step 5: Transfer to a serving dish or keep warm in the slow cooker for serving.
step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve with toothpicks.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Add a splash of pineapple juice or water if the sauce thickens too much.
